            Both the parties are found absent on repeated call and no steps filed by either party today. On perusal of the case record it is found that the complainant is consistently absent in the commission since 21.08.2021 and in any point of time the complainant has not filed any steps in the Commission. The office of the Commission also communicated to the complainant regarding appearance in the case. The complainant most probably does not want to proceed further in the case.

            Hence the Commission dismissed the present complaint in the above circumstances in the interest of the justice.

             This case is disposed of accordingly.

              The Judgment be uploaded on the www.confonet.nic.in for the perusal of the parties.

              A certified copy of this Judgment be provided to all the parties free of cost as mandated by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or they may download same from the www.confonet.nic.in to treat the same as if copy of the order received from this Commission.
