Ld. Advocate for the opposite party nos. 4 and 5 is present.

Ld. Advocate for the opposite party nos. 4 and 5 files original postal receipts along with track report showing service of copy of Misc Application upon the opposite party nos. 1 and 2.

Let it be kept with the record.

Ld. Advocate for the opposite party nos.4 and 5 submits that opposite party nos. 1 and 2 in their w/v stated that opposite party nos. 4 and 5 being land owners revoked the power of attorney executed by them in favour of opposite party nos. 1 and 2, which is incorrect. So, the opposite party nos. 4 and 5 prays for a direction upon the opposite party nos. 1 and 2 to produce registered certified copy of the alleged deed of revocation of power of attorney by opposite party nos. 4 and 5 .

Ld. Advocate for the complainant submits that he has no objection against the prayer of opposite party nos. 4 and 5.

Considering the material on record of CC/202/2021 the prayer of opposite party nos. 4 and 5 is allowed.

Opposite party nos. 1 and 2 are directed to produce deed of revocation of power of attorney in the CC/202/2021 for inspection of the same by the opposite party nos. 4 and 5  .

Thus, the MA/81/2022 stands disposed of.
