ORDER

          It is noted that the present appeal has been filed against the impugned order dated 18.09.2014 passed by U.P. Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Lucknow in Appeal No.887/2014.

2.       Since there is no provision of second appeal under the Consumer Protection Act, 1986, obviously this case has been listed as First Appeal No.1195/2014 wrongly and Registry has sought direction for its registration as a Revision Petition.  An application for condonation of delay has also been filed treating it as an appeal for which the period is only 30 days.  Under the circumstances, learned counsel for appellant seeks permission to withdraw this appeal with liberty to file appropriate revision petition against the impugned order within a period of three weeks.

3.       In view of the request made and in the given situation, the present appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with permission to the appellant/OP Bank to file appropriate revision petition within a period of three weeks as per the request made.

4.         The amount deposited by the appellant, if any, for filing this appeal is permitted to be withdrawn subject to verification of relevant details.
