                Heard the petitioner.
In our view, having regard to the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case as noticed by the State Commission, the order passed by the State Commission is justified and does not suffer from any illegality, material irregularity or jurisdictional error which calls for our interference in revision jurisdiction u/s 21 (b) of the C.P. Act, 1986. Revision petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is granted further four weeks’ time to take action in accordance with the order passed by the State Commission.
