            Record is put up for order in respect of the petition dt.22.1.14 filed by o.p. praying for calling upon the complainant Mr. Omprakash Agarwal to be present for the purpose of cross examination.

              We have gone through the petition dt.22.1.14 and perused the entire materials on record. In the instant case the name of the complainant is Vibha Agarwal. The possession letter dt. 30.9.09 was given to her by o.p. But on scrutiny we have seen the complain petition, evidence, reply to the questionnaire by o.p. – all have been filed by one Mr. Omprakash Agarwal. So we are not in a position to entertain the petition filed by Omprakash Agarwal and as such, the complaint petition is rejected and the petition dt.22.1.14 filed by o.p. is also rejected since the instant complaint has no lucus standi to file the case.
