Pr.            Decree Holder in person.

Joint application moved for settlement and withdrawal of the case.

It is stated that parties have amicably settled the dispute and JD is making payment of Rs.7,131/- (Rupees Seven Thousand One Hundred Thirty One Only) to the  DH as per  the order passed by this Hon’ble Commission.

It is further stated that parties do not want to pursue the case and want to withdraw the same.

In view of the submission made in the application, the execution petition is disposed off as withdrawal being settled.

A copy of the order be uploaded on the confonet website and also supplied to all the parties free of cost as statutorily required. The file is to be consigned to record room thereafter.
