The Ld. Advocate of the complainant namely Aishwarya Paul appears and files an application seeking dismissal of this case on the ground stated therein.

It is submitted by the Ld. Advocate that due to amicable settlement in between the parties the complainant is no more interested to proceed with the case. The petition, she has filed also lends support to such submission of the Ld. Advocate. It is the complainant who set the law in motion and it is her/his prerogative that he can back out at any stage of proceeding.

He has opted for backing out from the case. Therefore the prayer as made by the Ld. Advocate deserves approval and calls for action.

Hence, it is ordered that the case be and the same is dismissed for non-prosecution.

Let a plain copy be given to the parties free of cost as per CPR.
