ORDER

Case is taken up today on the basis request made by both the Parties. In due compliance of order the O.P deposited Rs.5,000/- into the case in the shape of cheque dated 17.09.2014 on 17.09.2014 for it’s payment to Complainant as per final order passed in C.D Case No.75 of 2010. The petitioner being present in Court in person received the cheque from this Forum stating in Memo that he received the said cheque up to his full satisfaction and prayed to drop the instant proceedings. Accordingly, the instant Misc. case is dropped.
