The case record is put up today as yesterday was declared State Govt. holiday. Both the complainant & his Advocate are present and files a petition to withdraw this case along with xerox copy of Aadhaar card of the complainant. Perused the case record.

                                         It is stated in the petition that the case between both the Parties have already been settled outside of this Commission, for which the complainant wants to withdraw the present case. The complainant is the master of his own case. When he wants to withdraw the case, this Commission feels it proper to allow the petition for withdrawal of the case.

                                         Accordingly, the present case is disposed of as withdrawn. The withdrawal petition filed by Advocate for the complainant is also disposed of.
