We have heard the power of attorney holder of the complainants regarding admission of this complaint.   The complainants through their power of attorney holder have filed this complaint claiming delivery of possession of the flat with other ancillary relief which is more than Rs.20.00 lakhs.   The value of the flat as submitted by the power of attorney holder of the complainants is more than Rs.20.00 lakhs is therefore beyond the pecuniary jurisdiction of this forum.   As such, complaint is not maintainable before this forum.   Hence, office to return the complaint with all the documents to the complainant for presenting it before the proper forum or authority.
