This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite party under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 seeking refund of Rs.6,64,000/- and  to pay a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- towards compensation for loss and mental agony suffered by the complainant with interest at the rate of 18% p.a. from the date of the complaint till date of realization with cost.

Proof affidavit of both complainant and opposite party not filed for a long time to prove the averments in the complaint and written  version. Both complainant and opposite party called absent.  No representation also.   Hence this complaint is dismissed for default.
