ORDER

This Misc.Application has been filed by Adv.Wavikar for amending the prayer clause of the complaint.  In fact, this misc.application should not have been given a saperate number.  This amendmend application should have been placed in original file of C.No.388/2000.  That appart upon hearing Adv.Wavikar for the applicant states that none is appearing for the respondent.  We allow this application and permit Adv.Wavikar for the complainant to amend the prayer clause .  As such, we pass the following order:-

1.M.A.No. 1124/2009 is allowed.  Necessary amendment be carried out.
