OP Counsel has produced a report stating information sent to CIBIL after clearing the dues. Complaint was filed in 2008, when certain amount was show in statement of complainant. Despite reversal, same amount reflected number of times in the monthly statements. He felt humiliated and harassed as mentioned in complaint.

Complainant is not appearing from long. Court persuaded OP to issue fresh statement showing zero dues and updating the same with CIBIL. OP bought the same vide letter dated 28.04.15, later placed on record.

In view of this, matter is resolved. OP is directed to pay Rs.10,000/- as litigation expenses directly to the complainant.

The order shall be complied within 30 days of the receipt of the copy of the order; otherwise action can be taken against OP under Section 25 / 27 of the Consumer Protection Act.

File be consigned to record room.

Copy of the order be sent to the parties free of cost.
