On 28.4.2016, Sh.Kanwar Pahul Singh,Adv.counsel for the opposite party No.1 got recorded his statement that opposite party No.1 is ready to replace the grill and emblem free of costs of the car of the complainant as a goodwill gesture. Today, Sh.S.K.Vyas,Adv.counsel for the complainant got recorded jhis statement that he accepted the statement of the counsel for the opposite party No.1 reserving his right to file a fresh complaint if the same defect occurred in the vehicle in question. As such, in view of the above statement that present complaint is allowed to the extent that opposite party No.1 shall replace the grill and emblem free of costs of the car of the complainant to the satisfaction of the complainant. The complainant shall be at liberty to file a fresh complaint if the same defect occurred in the vehicle in question. Copies of the orders be furnished to the parties free of costs. File is ordered to be consigned to the record room
