ORDER

     Case taken up today as 24.06.2021 was declared public holiday under the orders of Chandigarh Administration and notice was placed on the official website & notice board of this Commission that case shall be taken up for effective hearing on 25.06.2021. Copy of the notice placed on the file. Case taken up through video conferencing in the light of Covid-19 pandemic situation and as per instructions issued by Hon’ble State Commission, U.T. Chandigarh.

     Office report seen. Heard. As per contents of the complaint, the complainant has already succeeded in getting his refund. The issue pertains to the booking amount of Volkswegan Polo Car on 03.09.2020, the same as per the complainant has been sorted out. There is nothing on record to show that some amount is pending qua complainant. In our opinion, we deem it appropriate to dismiss this complaint as the same has already been satisfied. 

     Certified copy of this order be sent to the complainant free of cost. The file be consigned.
