                 Keeping in view even dated separate statement suffered by counsel for the complainant, present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn with no order as to costs. However, the complainant shall be at liberty to raise his grievance before appropriate Authority, after removing the legal defect, if any.  File be consigned to records.
