COMPLAINT UNDER SEC. 12 OF THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 1986.

Present:           Complainant in person.

                        Mr.Amandeep Singh, Adv., for the Op No.1.

                        Mr.Nitin Thatai, Adv., for the Op No.2.

                       

                                     Today the case was fixed for further proceedings. Counsel for the Op No.1 has made a separate statement in which he states that as per compromise dated 22.04.2016, he has received the handset in question alongwith its accessories.

Complainant has also made a separate statement in which he states that as per compromise dated 22.04.2016, he has received a cheque of Rs.11,000/- vide bearing No.792096 dated 06.06.2016. Now nothing remains towards the Ops. So, he wants to withdraw his present complaint being fully satisfied.

                        Heard. In view of the statement, it is made clear that the compromise has been made out between the parties. Hence, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. We order accordingly.

                        A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
