This complaint coming on 10.5.2004 for sworn affidavit of the complainant in the presence of Sri U.Satyapal Reddy, Advocate, Kurnool for complainant and opposite parties 1 and 2 called absent set exparte and upon the perusing the material papers on record, the Forum made the following.
