THIRU. M. MONY, PRESIDENT

 

This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite parties 1 to 4 under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 to pay a sum of Rs.28,900/- being the ticket charges and the service charges collected from the complainant with interest at the rate of 24% p.a. and to pay a sum of Rs.15,00,000/- towards compensation for mental agony, physical strain and stress undergone by the complainant with cost to the complainant.

Proof Affidavit of the complainant not filed for a long time to prove the allegations raised in the complaint.   The complainant is absent for a long time.  No representation also.  Hence, this complaint is dismissed for default.
