ORDER

This order is pronounced in the open court on seperate sheets of paper today. Complaint is allowed as under: 1. O.P. No.1 and 2 are directed to pay an amount of Rs.90,000/- with interest at the rate of 12% p.a. from 20-02-2003 till the date of payment with cost of Rs.500/-. 2.O.P's are directed to pay such amount within two months from the date of receipt of this order. Send certified copies of this judgement and order to the opposite parties by RPAD and to the complainant under C.O.P.
