The complainant is present in person . The Op is absent . The complainant files a petition on 17/07/2010 to withdraw this case . He also prayed in the petition that he has settled the case out of the court and he does not want to proceed further with this case and he also requested to drop this case .  

                             Heard the complainant . 

                             From the perusal of the withdrawal petition of the complainant , it appears that the complainant does not want to proceed with this case as the matter has been settled between the parties , hence the withdrawal petition is allowed and the complainant is dismissed as withdrawn . Thus in view of the withdrawal petition this complainant case is dismissed as withdrawn .
