ORDER

                   The matter has been settled between the parties before Lok Adalat.   As per settlement, the OP Company shall make payment in the account of the complainant to the tune of Rs.1,60,000/- within 45 days towards full & final settlement, to which the complainant agreed.   To this effect, the ld.Counsel for the OP as well as complainant also appended a note on the index page of the complaint. 

                        In view of the above, the complaint stands dismissed being settled.  The OP Company is directed to transfer/remit an amount of Rs.1,60,000/- in the account of complainant - Sukhvindra Singh Jariyal, Savings Bank Account NO.01071050137636 – HDFC Bank, Sector 8, Madhya Marg, Chandigarh - IFSC : HDFC0000107 (Page-7) , within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.  In case the OP failed to remit the amount within the stipulated period, as aforesaid, then it shall be liable to pay an additional cost of Rs.20,000/- and the complainant shall be at liberty to file execution application.

                        Certified copy of this order be sent to the parties free of charge. After compliance file be consigned.
