ORDER

     In compliance with the notice/order dated 15.05.2020 & 29.05.2020 of the Hon’ble State Commission, U.T. Chandigarh, case taken up through video conferencing due to outbreak of COVID-19 & measures to control it, as per Standard Operating Procedure framed by Hon’ble State Commission.

     Application was received from the complainant to the effect that the matter has been compromised and complaint may be dismissed as withdrawn. Contents of the application confirmed from the counsel for complainant through virtual hearing. In view of this, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn having been compromised.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
