2. M/s WWIC Global Law Offices Pvt. Ltd. Head office A-12, Industrial Area, Phase 6 Mohali-160055 Punjab through Col. B.S.Sandhu, its Chairman and Managing Director.

                                                                       …..Opposite Parties.

 

           Complaint u/s 12 of the Consumer Protection Act.

ORDER:                    

 

                   Learned counsel of the complainant made a statement that he has received a cheque no.111310 dated 8.3.2019 amounting to Rs.99,000/- of Axis Bank from the OPs. Now he do not want to pursue with the complaint further  and withdraw the same. If the said cheque will be dishonoured then he will right to proceed the proceeding u/s 138 of Negotiable Act against the OP.

                   In view of statement of ld. counsel of complainant the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
