ORDER

                   Annexure Z has been filed on behalf of OPs. Sh. S.S. Gill, counsel for the complainant has made the following statement, recorded separately: -

                   “The matter has been amicably settled between the parties as per Annexure Z. Now I do not wish to press this complaint further and there is no grouse against the OPs. It be dismissed as withdrawn, subject to realization of the Cheque”. 

                   In view of the aforesaid statement, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn, subject to realization of the Cheque (detail mentioned in Ann. Z). Parties shall be bound by the compromise deed (Annexure Z).

                   Certified copy of this order be communicated to the parties free of cost. After compliance file be consigned.
