     The learned counsel for OPs states that the matter has been settled and has produced photocopies of documents i.e. consent cum full & final settlement letter, cheque, receipt/compromise, General Power of Attorney. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for complainant on the order sheet itself, the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn, subject to realization of cheque.
