Service is complete.

                        Sh. Vikas Verma, Area Sales Manager has put in appearance on behalf of the respondent.

                        At the time of arguments, the matter has amicably been settled. It is stated by Sh.Vikas Verma, Area Sales Manager of the respondent/Opposite Party that the Opposite Party will refund the amount charged towards VAT i.e. Rs.375/- and to compensate the appellant/complainant, the Opposite Party will also pay an amount of Rs.2625/- (in all Rs.3000/-) towards full and final settlement of all the claims raised by the appellant/complainant. The aforesaid amount of Rs.3000/- shall be paid through demand draft within 10 days from today. The aforesaid demand draft shall be sent to the appellant/complainant through registered post on the address of the appellant/complainant i.e. House No.948, Sector 41, Chandigarh.

                        The aforesaid offer made is acceptable to the appellant/complainant.

                        In view of above, this appeal stands disposed of having become infructuous. It is made clear that in case, the aforesaid amount is not so paid to the appellant/complainant, in that event, the respondent/Opposite Party will be further burdened with cost of Rs.2000/- and the order passed will be treated as a decree and it will be open to the appellant/complainant to get it executed.

                        Certified copies of this order be given dasti to both the parties.
