ORDER

1. The complainant-Yogesh Bansal has filed the present execution application for enforcement of the order dated 28.04.2015 passed by this Forum in C.C.No.256 of 2014.
2. Show cause notice u/s 27 of the Consumer Protection Act were sent to the OP No.2 as to why they had not complied with the order and why they not punished for non-compliance of the order. Learned counsel-Sh.Alok Bhatara for Ops No.1 and 3 appeared on 24.07.2015 and requested for adjournment for compliance of the abovesaid order. Today the learned counsel Sh.Alok Bhatara placed on record the photocopy of Consumer Satisfaction Letter and submitted that the order under execution has been complied with. The grill temperature of AC has been checked and the complainant vide his note dated 27.07.2015 has mentioned that “The temperature mentioned above are true and I hope the performance of the same will continue to the satisfaction”.
3. In view of the endorsement made by the complainant, the JDs/Ops have complied with the order of this Forum. Taking into consideration the fact that the Ops have complied with the order dated 28.04.2015 passed by this Forum and the execution application is disposed of being fully satisfied.
4. A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of cost and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
