Today, the case is fixed before ‘Grahak Madhyastata Samadhan’ for compromise/settlement. Ld. counsel for the complainant has made a following separate statement before this District Commission:-

Stated that the I have compromised the matter with Opposite Party-whirlpool of India and as per the settlement the Opposite Party has replaced refrigerator in question with new one of same make and model, which worth amounting to Rs.21,000/- and as such, I withdraw the present complaint and the same may pleased be dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied in ‘Grahak Madhyastata Samadhan’ and the order may be passed accordingly. 

          In view of the statement made by ld. counsel for the complainant separately before this District Commission, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied in ‘Grahak Madhyastata Samadhan’. Copies of the order be supplied to the parties free of costs. File be consigned to record room after compliance.
