Present:- Mr.Sahas Tajena  son of Sh.Rajiv Taneja, Proprietor of the Complainant' Firm in Person.

 

Today, Statement of Mr.Sahas Tajena   son of Sh.Rajiv Taneja, Proprietor of Complainant's Firm recorded that due to some technical defects in the present complaint, he withdraws the present complaint. Permission may kindly be granted to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action.

In view of statement suffered by Mr.Sahas Tajena,  Proprietor of Complainant's Firm, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with permission to the complainant to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action. File be consigned to the record room.
