Today the case is posted for the appearance of the complainant and to adduce evidence (no further time). The complainant absent and no representation from his side. Opposite party also absent. The commission has issued notice to the complainant’s counsel on 22.08.2022 to appear before the commission and to adduce evidence from the side of the complainant. The notice sent to the complainant’s counsel was seen served on 29.11.2021. But there is no appearance or leave application received from the complainant till date. Hence we are of the opinion that the complaint is to be dismissed and hence the complaint is dismissed for want of evidence.
