            Complainant has made a separate statement in which he states that he has received payment from Ops and nothing is due against the opposite parties and he did not want to proceed further.   In view of the statement he withdraws his present execution application.

                        Heard. In view of the statements made by the complainant the execution application is hereby dismissed as withdrawn.  We order accordingly.

                        A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
