1. Vide their separate joint statement recorded on 17.10.2023, Ms.Rameet Bakshi, Advocate for OP No.1 & 2 and Ms.Shruti Sharma, Advocate Proxy for Sh.Nitin Thatai, Advocate for OP No.3, have stated that as a goodwill gesture, the matter has been settled between the parties and as per settlement, OP No.1 & 2 shall deposit Rs.5,000/- with the Poor Patient Welfare Fund, PGI, Chandigarh and OP No.3 shall pay a lumpsum amount of Rs.5,000/- to the complainant, within a period of four weeks from today(17.10.2023), failing which the OP No.1 & 2 and OP No.3 shall be liable to pay their respective aforesaid amount alongwith interest @ 10% p.a. from the date of filing of present consumer complaint. Vide his separate statement recorded on 17.10.2023, Sh.Amit Singh Sethi, Complainant has admitted the aforesaid statement of Ms.Rameet Bakshi, Advocate for OP No.1 & 2 and Ms.Shruti Sharma, Advocate Proxy for Sh.Nitin Thatai, Advocate for OP No.3 and prayed that the complaint be disposed of in terms of aforesaid settlement in Upbhokta Lok Adalat. 2. Vide his separate statement recorded on 17.10.2023, Sh.Amit Singh Sethi, Complainant has further stated that as per settlement arrived at between the parties, he has received Rs.5,000/- through Google Pay from OP No.3. 3. In view of the statements made by the counsel for OPs as well as complainant and in terms of the settlement, the complaint stands disposed of by passing the following order:-
