               The complaint was filed by the complainant U/S 12 of Consumer Protection Act 1986 alleging deficiency in service on the part of the opposite party in not handing over the flat within the stipulated time along with a prayer to pay a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- towards compensation for the mental agony and hardship caused due to the deficiency in service on the part of the opposite party.
No representation for complainant. Proof affidavit not filed inspite of sufficient opportunities given.  Hence, no purpose in keeping the complaint on file. Hence this complaint is dismissed for non prosecution.  No cost.
