                    Shri L. K. Dubey, learned counsel with the applicant/complainant.

                    Heard learned counsel and the applicant/complainant.

                    This transfer application has been filed by the applicant/complainant seeking transfer of Complaint Case No.297/2019 pending before the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Bhopal No. 2 (For short the ‘District Commission’) to another bench.

                   Acording to petitioner, next date for final hearing is fixed on 16^th March, 2021. 

                   It has been stated that the matter is being unnecessarily delayed on the pretext of non-related issues including overburden of the Court and the ill health of the Presiding Officer. Prayer in the circumstances has been made for transfer of the case to another bench.

                   Having gone through the reasons stated in the application, we find that no case is made out for transfer of the complaint case from one bench to another.

                 However, we expect from the District Commission to decide the case as expeditiously as possible.

                With the aforesaid observation, the transfer application is dismissed.
