The complaint was filed by the complainant U/S 12 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986 alleging deficiency in service in not servicing the vehicle along with a prayer to direct the opposite party to pay a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- towards compensation for the mental agony and hardship caused to the complainant due to the deficiency in service on the part of the opposite party and to pay a sum of Rs. 15,000/- towards cost of the proceedings to the complainant.
No representation for the complainant in spite of information given from commission and providing sufficient opportunities. Hence, this commission posted this matter today for appearance or for dismissal. Today also there is no representation. Matter passed over and called twice to file proof affidavit but no representation. Hence the consumer complaint is dismissed for non prosecution. No cost.
