Harvinder Singh aged about 49 years son of Shri Karam Singh, resident of Village Saphera Rattanheri, Tehsil Ambala Cantt and District Ambala, State Haryana.

          Today, the case was fixed for filing correct address of OP No.2, but none has appeared on behalf of the complainant. From the perusal of zimni orders, it is revealed that even from the last seven dates of hearing i.e. 15.07.2024, 08.08.2024, 30.08.2024, 17.09.2024, 07.10.2024, 24.10.2024 and 18.11.2024, none has appeared on behalf of the complainant. Case called several times since morning, but none has appeared on behalf of complainant. It appears that complainant is not interested to pursue the present complaint. As such, the present complaint is dismissed in default for want of prosecution. Certified copy of the order be sent to the complainant free of costs as per rules. File be indexed and consigned to record room.
