ORDER:  

                             Today the case was fixed for arguments. Instead of arguing the

case by both the parties, Shri Jasbir Dhariwal, Manager Admn, Vipul Motors Pvt.

Ltd.  has made a statement that Vipul Motor pay Rs.2200/- as lumpsump

compensation amount to Mr. Pareweshwar Singh chauhan.

On the other hand, Shri S.S.Chauhan, counsel for the

complainant has made a statement that amount of Rs.2200/- paid by Shri Ashok

Kashyap, counsel for opposite party No.1 and Shri Jasbir Dhariwal, , Manager

Admit and I do not want to proceed with the present complaint and wants to

withdraw the same.

                             On the basis of the statement of both the parties, the

Commission is of the opinion that the complaint is disposed off with the direction

to opposite party No.1 i.e. Vipul Motors Pvt. Ltd. to pay Rs.2200/- to the

complainant  within  15 days from the date of receipt of this order.  Copy of this

order be sent to the parties concerned free of costs. File be consigned to the record

room.
