ORDER

This judgement is pronounced in the open court on seperate sheets of paper today. This complaint is allowed. The opposite parties are directed to pay Rs.2,000/- spent by the complainant for repairs and Rs.1,000/- as compensation for damages sustained to the consignment due to negligence of opposite parties. The opposite party shall pay Rs.300/- to the complainant as costs of the proceedings. The opposite parties should comply with this orders within 2 months from the date of the receipt of the copy of this judgement and order. Send the certified copies of this judgement and order to both sides parties by R.P.A.D. immediately.
