ORDER:

                    The learned counsel of complainant has made statement that he does not want to pursue the present complaint further and wants to withdraw the same. His statement has been recorded separately.

2.                 In view of that the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, complainant/DH  would be at liberty to file afresh complaint as per provisions of law. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
