            M/s Nav Chetna Sr. Sec. School Vs. M/s Varthana Finance Pvt. etc.  CC-57/2024

Present:       Sh. Naresh Tanwar, Adv. for complainants.

                   Complaint presented today. It is checked and registered.

                   Heard. The counsel for complainant had made a statement before this Commission that due to some technical deficiency, he wants to withdraw the present case and prayed for to return the original documents, if any, on file. His statement in this regard recorded separately.  

                    In view of above statement of counsel for complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn. However, it is made clear that the complainant shall be at liberty to file a fresh complaint, if any, before any appropriate court/competent authority as per law.

                Original documents, if any, attached with the present complaint, be returned to the complainant after retaining copy of the same on file. Certified copy of this order be supplied to the complainant free of costs. File be consigned to the record-room, after due compliance.
