            Matter settled between the parties.  As per the settlement opposite parties returned 7 cheque leaves out of 10 cheque leaves submitted by the complainant together with blank signed stamp paper. Complainant paid Rs.23,000/- to the opposite parties as part of settlement.  A statement is filed by both sides to that effect.  Hence the complaint is dismissed as settled.
