ORDER

The complaint is disposed off The opposite parties is directed to refund Rs.3,000/- to the complainant with interest at 12% p.a. from 12.11.1985, another Rs.3,000/- with 12% interest from 18.01.1986, another Rs.3,000/- with interest at 12% from 17.01.1987, and the balance at Rs.3,000/- with interest 12% from 10.04.1989 within 6 months from the date of receipt of this order failing which it shall pay interest at 16% p.a. from the date of this order till the date of payment. Parties to bear their own costs. Give a copy of this order to each party according to rules.
