In pursuance to the notices issued  by this Forum under Section 12 of the C.P.Act, OP appeared and tendered his ID as Annexure R-1 and stated before the Forum  that parties to the complaint have arrived at settlement whereas complainant has also tendered statement that Op has settled his  grievance and he is satisfied with the same and prayed that his complaint may kindly be disposed of.

                        In view of the statement tendered by complainant, present complaint is disposed of being fully satisfied.  Copies of this order be sent to the parties concerned, free of costs, as per rules.   File after due compliance be consigned to record room.
