Rajesh Kumar aged about 32 years son of Shri Hukam Singh resident of VOPO Sheikhpura Sohana tehsil and District Karnal.

1.M/s Vaishno Sales, A complete telephone Shopee, opposite Bus Stand, Karnal through its owner.

2. R.R. Communication, opposite Kalandri Gate, Gurudawara Road, Karnal through its owner.

3. Karbon Mobile, House no.32/13, off 7^th Main Hall, 2^nd Stage Apparenddy Palya, Indira Nagar, Banglore-560038 through its Managing Director.

4. Karbon Mobile, D-12/189, Pardeep Bhatia Marg, beside Dilli Gate Restaurant, ear Sai Baba Chowk, Secto-8, Rohini New Delhi-110085.

ORDER:

                   The Learned counsel for the Opposite Parties no.3 and 4 made statement that the Opposite Parties are ready to  replace the mobile set in question with the same model, same specification and same price within 30 days  subject to the condition that the complainant shall return the old mobile set alongwith all the accessories to the Opposite Parties, provided the same is not in broken condition or having liquid damage.                                                                    Thereafter, learned counsel for complainant made statement for withdrawal of the complaint. Hence, in view of the statement of learned counsel for opposite parties no.3 and 4 and submitted that the complainant would deposit the old mobile set with accessories with the opposite parties within seven days. Statements of both the parties have been recorded separately.

2.                In view of that the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, both the parties shall be bound by their respective statements. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
