ORDER

Advocate for complainant has filed an application under order 23 rule 3 of CPC which is also signed by the complainant, Op and also his advocate under which the complainant reported settlement in terms of the contents of the application towards full satisfaction of the claim of the complainant and submitted for passing the order accordingly. Hence, complaint is allowed in terms of the compromise application filed by them Both parties to bear their own cost. Advocate for complainant reports receipt of 3 post dated account payee cheques two for Rs.1,50,000/- each and another cheque for Rs.2,10,000/-
