ORDER

Counsel for the accused has tendered two DD’s one for Rs.55,356/- and another for Rs.15,444/-. The counsel for the complainant reports receipt of the DD and submit that payment satisfy the claim of the complainant made in this case and to close the file. Hence, further proceeding is dropped and accused is discharged as the claim of the complainant is fully settled. NBW issued against the accused is recalled, office to intimate the police to return NBW without execution forth with.
