                        Counsel for OP No.1 has appeared and paid Rs.46,200/- in cash to Sh.Davinder Lubana, Advocate for complainant as per the orders dated 5.2.2008 passed by this Forum in CC No.618 of 2006. Out of Rs.46,200/-, a sum of Rs.18,000/- in cash has been paid to OP No.2 by counsel for complainant. Statement of counsel for complainant for withdrawal of execution application and statement of OPs has been recorded separately. Accordingly, the execution application is dismissed as withdrawn.

                        Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The file be consigned.
