It is the case of the complainant that the granite tiles etc supplied by the opposite party were of inferior quality and has sought for a sum of Rs.30,000/- towards cost of the tiles and Rs.50,000/- as compensation. 3. In the circumstances the order of the Forum is setaside on condition that the appellant deposit a sum of Rs.750/- towards cost within two weeks from the date of receipt of this order before the Forum which can be withdrawn by the opposite parties. The Forum will issue notice to the opposite parties and dispose of the case on merits. 4. The matter was stand posted before the Forum on 21..5..2009.
