This Execution Application  is coming for before us on 27^th   day of  April, 2015 in the presence Thiru. Mr. S. Martin, Counsel for Petitioner/Decree Holder, Counsel for Respondent/Judgement Debtor is called absent, this Forum passed the following:

ORDER

          This Execution Application  is filed by the Petitioner/Decree Holder  under Section 27 of the Consumer Protection Act,  praying for Penalizing  the Respondent/Judgement Debtor for non-compliance of the order in C.C. No. 154/2009 dated 18.11.2009 passed by this Forum.

           No representation on the side of the petitioner. Petitioner is called absent. No other representation. It is seen from the adjudication that it is pending for private notice to R1 from 15.03.2011 i.e. for more than four years. Inspite of that and more than sufficient time is given, the petitioner has not come forward to take steps which clearly shows the disinterest of the petitioner in the progress of this application. Therefore, there is no justification to prolong further. Hence, this Execution application is dismissed for default. No costs.
